Because we are customers ourselves and we know it can be frustrating when the purchase is not quite right, we offer a complete "no fuss" guarantee to all our customers.
If your goods are damaged on delivery or if you receive an incorrect product, we would be happy to give you the following alternatives:
- Exchange goods.
- Give you a full refund for the price you paid for the goods.

What is the 7 Day Refund/Replacement Guarantee?
All products sold at modelos.co.in are covered under our 7 Day Refund/Replacement Guarantee.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
The delivery issue (defective or wrong product) should be reported to us within 7 days from the date of delivery.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned, and we will update this policy to reflect any non-returnable items as they show up in our Sales catalog
If a defective or wrong product is delivered and it is not installed or used, you can report it to us via the Contact Us Page on our online store or drop a mail at care@modelos.co.in or call us on +919901872795 within 7 days from the date of delivery.
You can also reply to any of the emails received by you from Modelos Solutions and someone shall speak to you and register your request.
Once we authorize the return, the defective/unused product will be recalled and a replacement will be shipped immediately, if available. Return shipping charges are payable by Modelos Solutions for domestic (India) shipments and by customer for international shipments.

How can I get a refund?
If you are unhappy with your purchase and want a refund instead of a replacement, please let us know care@modelos.co.in and we will process your refund within 7 days of receiving the products back at our warehouse. If the item you received is broken or faulty, please send us a picture of the same via the same email communication. We will do our best to process refund requests within 7 working days.

Who will bear the shipping charges for returns?
If return location of the shipment is India, Modelos Soltions will pay the return shipping. We will arrange a return pickup from your location by our logistic partner. If, in any circumstances, we are not able to offer a pickup from your location, you can send us the parcel back by any reputed courier and we will reimburse return shipping charges in form of a gift card, which can be used in any of your next purchases on modelos.co.in
If return location of the shipment is outside India, Modelos Solutions will not be paying the return shipping charges. We can offer refunds/replacements once products are received back into our warehouse. We strongly recommend you choose carefully before making an international order as returns may be not very cost effective.
How will I get my money back?
Upon our authorization of your return/refund request, we would be happy to offer you a refund or replacement. In case the ask is for a refund, you can expect to get your money back into your originating bank account within 7 business days from the date when we receive the returned goods at our warehouse.
Alternatively, instead of a refund you can opt for a gift card for the price of your order which can be used for any future purchase on modelos.co.in
Gift cards will be valid as long as we are in business.

How do I cancel an order on modelos.co.in?
For outright cancellations by you:
If you cancel your order before your product has shipped, we will refund the entire amount asap if you have paid for your order.
Can I cancel / return a part of the order?
No, you cannot partially cancel/return an order
Will you accept returns if I have bought products for SALE?
No. If your order contains products sold in SALE, we will not accept any returns/exchange/replacement requests. Sale products are final sale only.
